Mission

We aim to create an all-inclusive event where we bring light to the issue of Gender-based Violence and Femicide which was declared the second pandemic in our beautiful country by President Cyril Ramaphosa in a state of the nation address. We want to create an event where we further explore what can be done to prevent this from happening to women and children in the country and providing them with the tools to identify, understand and protect themselves from becoming victims or from being further victimized by their abusers and perpetrators. We also aim to raise funds that will be donated to Future Females Foundation who support what we stand for.

Vision

Through this initiative, we are looking to empower the powerless and to give a voice to the voiceless. With the alarming number of gender-based violence cases that are reported every day in our country, we feel the need to bring more awareness to the issue and play our part in overall working together to eradicate this issue from society one step at a time.
